He married Elizabeth Wolhuter Murphy ELLIOT on 11 October 1882 in Kimberley, Northern Cape, South Africa. In January 1905 he was a Compound Clerk in Cullinan, Gauteng, South Africa. In April 1905 he was a Compound Guard. He died before February 1918. 

b2. ?Diderick (c. 1852- ). ?Diderick was born circa 1852. He was born on 1 January 1853 in Cape Province, South Africa. He was baptised on 6 August 1854 in Claremont Flats, Western Cape, South Africa.
( There is a very strong possibility that this person is Richard Thomas BEEBY, whose details are at the end of this report. The only cause for any doubt is that his death certificate shows father as being a Richard Beeby instead of Benjamin Beeby, however there is a Richard Thomas baptised at the same time as Eliza Jane.  If this can be resolved, then all those with the surname of Beeby have the same progenitor. )

He was a Witness in February 1881 in Kimberley. In January 1906 he was a Farmer. He died on 12 January 1906 in Marico-West, North West South Africa, South Africa.
