Jacobus de JAGER born abt 1700 - from Middelburg, Netherlands. He married Geertruy WILLEMS on 20 September 1744. He was a widower when he married in 1744. It is possible his first wife died before he came to S.A. They only had one daughter - Johanna Geertruy de JAGER born about 1746 and she married 22 May 1763 to Gerhardus KEMP baptised 13 July 1738.
